Halaman Kedua : Queen of Korean Drama

 

I am awake in the infinite cold, then I wake up at 12.51 a.m. I remembered that I had not written in my lovely blog, so I am going to write, I use english so this page may be shorter page then others and this page will not end here. I am going to talk about Korean drama. I have been watching Korean drama for about fourteen years. I started to watch it when I was six years old. When I was in senior high school, my friends dubbed me “Queen of Korean drama” because at the time I had watched a lot of dramas than others. I love Korean drama because it always has an impressive line, meaningfull soundtrack, soft instrument and unpredictable ending.

 The first Korean drama that I watched was “The Queen of Seondeok” I remembered when I, my mom, my aunt and my friend’s mother were being in living room to watch that drama. All of we were able to watch it on one of the national TV channel. You can call it “Ikan Terbang” channel. It was a vessel of Korean drama. We did not need to use subtitle because the drama was already dubbed. Since I watched my first Korean drama, I could not stop it. It seems like a poppy that made me addicted.

At the time, it was not an easy thing to watch Korean drama after a national TV channel stopped to show it. I remembered when I was in elementary school, I had to save money to buy a DVD. Yes. I used DVD to watch Korean drama and it was "Rooftop Prince". Then whan I was in senior high school, I stopped to buy DVD because I had a another ways to watch Korean drama. I downloaded it on a website who had a lot of ads. A lot of ads that made me had to be patient everytime. Bisedes  that, I also gave my flashdisk to my firend whose mother is an uploader (uploader is a name given to people who always upload Korean drama on social media such us Facebook). Now, people can easly find Korean drama on Telegram, even though some people do not justify it because it is illegal too. Actually, I never judge people who watch drama on Telegram because I also do the same thing.

I prefer historical drama to modern. I like when I see the actresses use hanbok (A traditional clothing from South Korea) with a hairpin and ornament that hangs in hanbok. There was always a new drama when previous one ended. One time A new drama was “Dong Yi”. One of the best drama I ever watched. Eeven if i watch it again and agin with a lot of episodes, I will never be bored. Dong Yi was so popular and some of you might know it. My friend ever told me that her mother loved that drama too, so her mother would go to her neighbor's house to watch it togeteher.

Honestly I learned a lot from that drama. That drama was about a kind women named Dong Yi. She was a water maid in a palace who accidentally met king Sukjong. Slowly, king Sukjong falled with her. Dong Yi thought that she did not deserve to king because of her background. This drama is a truly a Korean history. You can search on google who is "Dong Yi"? and you will find that she is a one of the highest royal concubine. It taught me that the most important thing is kindness and no matter what your social status is you will always be able to reach your dream.
